All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.

In-stock items are prepared and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Out-of-stock T-shirts follow a scheduled release cycle, with shipments occurring every 3 months. Estimated dispatch dates are noted on the product pages.

Please note that no tracking number will be provided. Orders are shipped with care to ensure they arrive safely.
🔄 Returns for Defective Items
We inspect all items before shipping, but if your order arrives with a defect or damage, we’re here to help:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email (raynart@gmail.com) with photos and a description of the issue.

After review, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the nature of the defect and availability of stock.

Return shipping costs for defective items are covered by us, and we’ll guide you through the process.
We do not accept returns for reasons other than item defects. If you have any doubts before purchasing, feel free to reach out for guidance.
