• Kindly note that we do not provide tracking numbers. We package all items with great care and aim for safe delivery.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local postal service.

• Products are inspected before shipping. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

• Depending on availability, we may issue a replacement, refund, or repair.

• We cover return shipping fees for defective items only.
